Rachel counsels employers on a variety of matters, including union campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, and litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Rachel Roney possesses the knowledge, dedication and industry experience to counsel clients on a variety of labor and employment issues. Rachel counsels employers on a variety of matters, including union campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, and litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Rachel assists clients both with and without bargaining units on virtually all facets of traditional labor law. Her practice includes representing employers in various union representation campaigns across multiple industries. Rachel guides clients through National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) processes and helps them to foster and strengthen positive employee relations through interactive training.

She is skilled at defending employers against unfair labor practice charges and navigating National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) 10(j) injunctions. In addition to labor law, Rachel is experienced in handling employment litigation matters, including claims of discrimination, retaliation and harassment at both state and federal levels.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in Dallas.
