Bryan negotiates and closes complex real estate transactions for his clients. His practice includes real estate development, real estate finance, equity investments, affordable housing tax credits, community development, partnerships, joint ventures, leasing and general business matters.
Notably, Bryan’s experience includes representing a developer in connection with developing and financing a $350 million mixed-use project entailing 1.3 million square feet of retail, office, residential and hotel components. Additionally, Bryan represented an investor in closing more than $500 million in equity for the development of affordable housing, historic tax credit and other community development projects.
With strong negotiation skills grounding his practice, Bryan draws on decades of experience when advising clients on technical issues and nuances. He carefully keeps his client’s objectives and their bigger picture agenda at the center of his recommendations.
