Paul Olszowka has experience in jury trials and arbitrations involving antitrust, patent, and contract disputes. He has represented clients in civil enforcement actions and investigations brought by federal and state agencies, including matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Paul Olszowka has experience in jury trials and arbitrations involving antitrust, patent, and contract disputes. He has represented clients in civil enforcement actions and investigations brought by federal and state agencies, including matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Paul serves as co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition group and works with clients in the healthcare agricultural equipment, automotive, nuclear fuel and pharmaceutical sectors. He also is the administrator for the Litigation Department in the Chicago office.

Paul is dedicated to serving clients and colleagues alike. His attention to client service stems from his prior education and career in hotel administration.

In addition to helping clients resolve disputes, Paul regularly counsels clients on competition and commercial issues, and marketing, pricing and distribution practices. Paul’s litigation practice frequently involves issues in modern discovery, including the search, collection and analysis of electronic documents and use of forensic discovery tools.

In addition to his legal practice, Paul serves as an adjunct law professor at Northwestern University, where he is a trial advocacy instructor, and at DePaul University, where he leads a seminar on drafting commercial contracts. Prior to joining the firm in Chicago, Paul began his career in private practice in New York. Before entering private practice, Paul participated in the Honors Program for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and completed two judicial clerkships.
