Tyler advises on agented credit facilities, acquisition financings and complex workouts in a variety of industries.
Supporting national and regional financial institutions, Tyler has experience providing counsel in connection with syndicated and bilateral restaurant finance and convenience store and gas station finance transactions, including in connection with acquisitions, refinancings, and operating company and property company (opco/propco) structures.
Additionally, he has experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and non-sponsored borrowers in connection with domestic and international acquisitions, recapitalizations, and refinancings.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Tyler was a commercial finance partner at an AmLaw 200 law firm in Atlanta.
