Michelle Nicholson represents clients in connection with white collar criminal matters, government investigations and tort and contract disputes. Michelle is experienced in conducting internal investigations and witness preparation for grand jury appearances, federal agency proffers and depositions. She is skilled in handling electronic discovery issues and has managed virtually all phases of discovery for criminal and civil matters. Conscientious and practical, Michelle brings a results-oriented approach to help guide her clients through these matters, one step at a time.
