Mark advises innovative clients on securing and enforcing IP assets in emerging technology areas, including the emerging areas of quantum computing and AI, in order to maximize value through patents, trade secret protections, and licensing agreements.
Mark's experience spans a diverse range of technologies ranging from the above to specialty packaging and manufacturing equipment, as well as functionalized biocompatible polymers and cardiac marker immunoassays.
