Marcus McNeal is an associate in the Government Services and Finance group. His practice is focused on advising nonprofit and governmental organizations on debt financing and regulatory compliance. 

Drawing from a professional foundation in finance and investment management, Marcus represents governmental entities, healthcare systems, and other nonprofit organizations nationwide as bond, underwriter’s, lender’s, and borrower’s counsel in tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Marcus served as legal counsel for a global asset manager and mutual fund adviser and practiced as an associate at a boutique litigation law firm.
