Lyndsay serves as a member of the team assisting the Special Compliance Coordinator appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce to monitor, assess and report on the U.S. export control compliance of Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation, of Shenzhen, China, and ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. of Hi-New Shenzhen, China (collectively, ZTE).
Prior to joining the firm, Lyndsay was an attorney for the New Mexico Spaceport Authority, the state agency responsible for the operation of Spaceport America. Among her multitude of duties, Lyndsay was responsible for export control compliance, including the monitoring, training, and proper handling of customer data and site security.
During law school, Lyndsay gained experience as a legal intern with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Launch Services Program, the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space and Technology, and an American space exploration company.
Lyndsay is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of Utah.
