Lee James’ practice centers on litigating trademark, trade dress, trade secret, patent, copyright and unfair competition matters, as well as counseling clients to protect and derive value from their intellectual property. Lee works closely with his clients to develop custom strategies and solutions tailored to their needs, business objectives, and budgets. 

Lee represents clients in patent and IP-related jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, and in cases before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He also regularly handles matters before the World Intellectual Property Organization’s (WIPO) Domain Name Dispute Resolution Service.
