With nearly three decades of experience in attorney recruiting, professional development, wellness, and inclusion across mid-sized, regional, and international law firms, Kelly brings deep expertise in shaping high-performing legal talent environments. She specializes in helping firms articulate and implement comprehensive attorney development visions - strengthening culture, improving performance, and elevating the overall talent experience.

At Barnes & Thornburg, Kelly partners with stakeholders across the firm to provide strategic and operational leadership of all legal talent development functions, including compensation strategy, career development, performance management, training, integration, mentoring, sponsorship, and wellness

An active and respected voice in the legal talent community, Kelly has held multiple industry leadership roles and is a frequent speaker at national conferences, where she shares insights on talent development, organizational culture, and the future of legal performance.

Beyond her professional commitments, Kelly is deeply engaged in community leadership through her involvement with the National Charity League, where she serves and volunteers alongside her daughter to support local and national philanthropic initiatives.
