As Director of Business Systems, Kelly partners with firm leadership, attorneys, business professionals, IT technicians and business partners to identify, assess and execute innovative uses of people, processes and technology to strategically and intentionally streamline and modernize service delivery for and with our clients.
From her concentrated experience in office administration; diversity, equity and inclusion; accounting; business intake; conflicts; and records; Kelly brings nearly 20 years in law firm administration, now combined with technological solutions, to provide vision and direction to firm systems and operations for firm stakeholders.
While in business school, Kelly focused on operations and logistics and obtained her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Outside of the firm, Kelly serves as past chair on the Board of Trustees for a local nonprofit, the Columbus Metropolitan Club, which connects people and ideas through community conversation with weekly facilitated forums on important and newsworthy topics. She also leads a church home group with her husband, and her favorite pastime is cheering for her four kids on whatever fields or courts they are playing on depending on the season.
