Jessica Reiss helps energy sector clients comply with environmental laws. Counseling utility companies to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations, her work spans air, water and land resources. Should a problem arise, Jessica helps clients respond to facility audits and work through enforcement actions from administrative agencies.
In addition to advising environmental directors and managers at Indiana’s large utility companies, Jessica advises clients on renewable energy development and permitting initiatives involving solar, wind, battery storage and natural gas generation. Outside of the energy sector, she also counsels manufacturing clients in all of their environmental compliance needs.
