Jessica Metzger concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and enforcement matters. Dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for clients, Jessica serves as a trusted advocate providing thoughtful counsel and creative solutions throughout virtually all stages of a litigation. 

Jessica has experience in a range of substantive areas of the law, including contract disputes, civil regulatory investigations, antitrust, and bankruptcy litigation. She also has maintained an active pro bono practice, including representing a class of millions of New Yorkers in an impact litigation against the New York City Police Department for its illegal use of sealed arrest records.
