Jessica has experience in a range of substantive areas of the law, including contract disputes, civil regulatory investigations, antitrust, and bankruptcy litigation. She also has maintained an active pro bono practice, including representing a class of millions of New Yorkers in an impact litigation against the New York City Police Department for its illegal use of sealed arrest records.
While in law school, Jessica gained experience as an intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ronnie Abrams of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and as an extern with the New York Legal Aid Society’s Civil Law Reform Unit.
Prior to law school, Jessica was a paralegal for the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, where she assisted with merger and civil conduct investigations in various industries.
