Hilary Hatton assists global corporate clients with immigration and global mobility matters, including employment-based visa petitions and extraordinary ability filings for key personnel.
Hilary prepares and files immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions on behalf of key employees of global corporate clients, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, I-140 and green card matters. She also drafts and assembles extraordinary ability petitions for musicians, athletes and other accomplished professionals. Her work spans case initiation, drafting and assembly, data management, and communication with clients, foreign nationals and government agencies.
Earlier in her career, Hilary supported PERM labor certification filings for large corporate clients and managed immigrant and nonimmigrant filings for a broad roster of global corporate clients. She also worked on the global mobility side of immigration practice, coordinating visa and tax compliance for international business travelers and supporting global immigration matters with a focus on Latin America and the Asia Pacific region, including work permits, business visas and dependent residence filings.
