Liz partners closely with buyers and sellers to develop a deep understanding of their businesses and strategic objectives, guiding them through complex transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. She regularly leads middle-market and large transactions for private equity sponsors and strategic investors across a range of industries, including logistics, insurance, food and beverage, manufacturing, and healthcare. Liz also serves as outside general counsel to domestic and international companies, advising on the full lifecycle of commercial contracting and related business operations. In both her M&A and general counsel roles, she advises boards of directors and other governing bodies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary obligations.

Liz has significant experience representing both investors and operating companies in acquisitions, divestitures, minority and majority equity investments, and complex asset transactions. Her work includes advising private equity funds, family offices, and strategic buyers on investments in healthcare, technology, consumer products, and manufacturing companies, as well as representing sellers in the successful exit of founder-owned and sponsor-backed businesses. She has also guided clients through transactions involving multi-state healthcare facilities, national logistics and distribution businesses, insurance brokerage platforms, and emerging biotechnology and technology companies.
