Liz partners closely with buyers and sellers to develop a deep understanding of their businesses and strategic objectives, guiding them through complex transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. She regularly leads middle-market and large transactions for private equity sponsors and strategic investors across a range of industries, including logistics, insurance, food and beverage, manufacturing, and health care. Liz also serves as outside general counsel to domestic and international companies, advising on the full lifecycle of commercial contracting and related business operations. In both her M&A and general counsel roles, she advises boards of directors and other governing bodies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary obligations.
