Duncan Justice focuses his practice on litigation in the areas of product liability, mass torts and toxic torts. Duncan draws on his background in environmental and toxic tort litigation to guide his clients through the complex obstacles of litigation and to bring a well-rounded perspective to his clients’ litigation goals.
Duncan is well-versed in nearly all components of commercial and environmental litigation. His experience includes drafting motions, demurrers and conducting legal research for cases concerning environmental contamination and personal injury, environmental regulation, contract disputes and wildfire litigation.
