Donta’s experience includes representing private equity firms, venture capital funds and operating companies across a spectrum of industries, including energy, data technology, manufacturing, financial services, and utilities. He regularly conducts legal and regulatory research, comprehensive due diligence review, and nuanced contract drafting.
He has worked on transactions involving acquisitions, carve-outs, auction sales and structured investments, including a $450 million structured preferred investment in a privately-held manufacturing company and a $186 million auction sale of a telecommunications company, among other matters.
