Donielle Robinson advises clients on the strategic protection, enforcement and commercialization of intellectual property assets, with a particular focus on complex brand development and management. She regularly counsels clients on a variety of trademark matters, helping to build distinctive brand identities and enforce them on a global scale. Her practice also includes a broad range of other IP areas of focus, such as copyright issues, geographical indicators, right of publicity matters and domain name actions.
Doni brings nearly a decade of experience navigating all phases of domestic and international trademark prosecution, clearance, enforcement and litigation. She has vast experience with clients in the media & entertainment, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage industries, and understands the issues that present themselves in these industries.
