David Ritter represents corporate management in virtually all areas of labor and employment law. David counsels and advises high-level executives on issues related to employment agreements, separation agreements and restrictive covenants. His work with public and private companies and nonprofit entities spans the hospitality, healthcare, logistics, financial services, automotive, services and manufacturing sectors. With more than 30 years of experience representing clients before government agencies and in state and federal courts, David has handled matters in nearly all 50 states.
With broad experience, David represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and state agencies. He defends employers facing claims under myriad employment laws, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, restrictive covenants, breach of contract and employment torts.
