It is hard to put into words how much I enjoyed my two summers at Barnes & Thornburg in Chicago. I was given incredible opportunities to work on a wide variety of matters, which helped me find my passion for trademarks and copyrights. Even in the midst of the pandemic (which was my first summer here), everyone made sure to make our summer class feel welcome. During my second summer, I had even more opportunities to work with the wonderful attorneys and staff at this firm, helping with everything from trademark cases and litigation matters to copyright questions. This fascinating work and the support and encouragement provided by everyone here led me to choose to come back to this firm full-time. Barnes & Thornburg is a great place to be, and I was so privileged to spend two summers here before joining full-time.
