Bruce represents venture capital funds, private equity sponsors, strategic investors and high-net-worth individuals investing across industries, with a particular focus on information technology, life sciences and healthcare services. He executes deals ranging from $1 million to $1 billion in enterprise value, structuring transactions that align with his clients’ goals.

Bruce also guides emerging and established companies in the role of external counsel. In that capacity he advises on debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, governance matters, intellectual property licensing, commercial agreements and employment matters, helping businesses navigate growth, innovation and strategic exits.

  • Assisted Elusys Therapeutics, Inc. in a merger with a Nasdaq traded biologics company
  • Advised ActiveCampaign, LLC in an acquisition of certain SaaS product assets for advanced transactional email capabilities
