He represents clients in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) and in matters before the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the BBB National Programs. He also guides clients in complying with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules and regulations.
