Brandon DeVaney focuses his practice on intellectual property matters and brings a background in the life sciences. He gained experience in patent and trademark law as a summer intern at an intellectual property boutique and Barnes & Thornburg.
Prior to law school, Brandon earned degrees in Biology and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin. He earned his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he published an article in the Journal of Property Law on the mechanisms of patent thickets and their effects on pharmaceutical drug pricing.
