With more than 25 years of experience in land use planning and development, Brad serves as a project manager in the Real Estate practice group, offering clients over 25 years of experience in land use planning, zoning and development management. He leverages his extensive work in navigating complex regulatory frameworks to guide clients through the full lifecycle of real estate projects — from zoning and entitlement to permitting and final development.
Brad's extensive public sector background includes over two decades at the New Castle County Department of Land Use in Delaware, where he managed major development proposals, coordinated interdepartmental reviews, and facilitated community engagement initiatives. He also served as the department’s point person for all transportation-related matters, working closely with the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) to address traffic impact studies, access management, and infrastructure coordination. This role positioned him at the intersection of land use and transportation planning, enhancing his ability to anticipate and resolve issues that affect project timelines and approvals.
