Anthony Molina

Associate
Anthony Molina is a results‑driven labor and employment attorney who represents employers in their most consequential disputes and organizational challenges. He is committed to helping employers navigate complex workplace issues with pragmatic strategies and clear, persuasive advocacy.

Anthony represents employers in high-stakes employment litigation across federal and state courts. His practice spans class and collective action defense under the FLSA and Title III, single-employee claims before administrative agencies involving harassment, discrimination, and other allegations under Title VII, and affirmative litigation on behalf of employers pursuing strategic crossclaims, counterclaims, and plaintiff-side actions.

Anthony works with both union and non-union employees across a range of industries. He drafts dispositive and procedural motions, develops case strategy, and conducts legal research to support clients in the day-to-day complexities of workforce management. Whether defending against a multi-plaintiff wage action or advising on a single-employee dispute, he brings a practical, client-centered approach to every matter — one that accounts for both the legal and human dimensions of workplace conflict and delivers solutions that are effective and sustainable.

Before entering practice, Anthony held multiple research positions advising clients and stakeholders through crises and pivotal transitions. That experience gave him a grounded understanding of how corporate governance, policy, and law intersect, and sharpened his ability to navigate the interpersonal dynamics that drive employer success.
