Anna has a results-driven litigation practice and has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of cases, including multi-million dollar commercial contract disputes; residential and commercial lease disputes; claims for breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, negligence, fraud, defamation, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (“DTPA”); multiple class actions; high-stakes sports-related personal injury lawsuits; music copyright infringement matters; trust and estate/probate litigation; products liability claims; and several civil appeals in state and federal courts nationwide, including Texas, Michigan, the Fifth Circuit, and the Seventh Circuit. She is well known for her exceptional written and oral advocacy and is regarded as one of the strongest writers at the firm. Anna excels in both state and federal motion practice, having secured multiple early dismissals of claims through effective advocacy and strategic negotiation. She also understands her clients’ businesses and their strategic objectives and advises her clients accordingly. Anna’s ability to prepare innovative case strategy, coupled with her strong dispositive motion practice, frequently puts her clients in the best position to obtain early resolution of claims—saving them time and resources.
