With experience in virtually all stages of pre-trial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation, Alexandra defends clients in a wide variety of matters, including toxic tort litigation, general liability matters involving high-exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death, professional liability, construction defect, and product liability. She has handled and managed the many aspects of pre-trial practice, including preparing and arguing motions, drafting pleadings and discovery, and taking and defending party, expert, and fact witness depositions.
