Addison is a skilled litigator in Barnes & Thornburg's Atlanta office. His practice comprises a range of areas, including complex commercial litigation, insurance recovery and counseling, employment discrimination, non-compete and non-solicitation agreement disputes, products liability and construction litigation. With years of experience litigating at the Am Law 100 level and a federal district court clerkship, Addison brings a deep understanding of procedural rules and court strategies to his client service.
Before joining the firm, Addison clerked for the Honorable Marc T. Treadwell in the Middle District of Georgia and practiced with another Am Law 100 firm in the Atlanta area. Prior to law school, Addison worked in management for Alabama Power Company and Georgia Power Company. An Alabama native, Addison graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Finance and earned his Master of Business Administration from Troy University.
With experience representing businesses in state and federal courts, Addison is relentless in protecting his clients' interests from complaint through oral argument to verdict.
