Probably.,” regarding how 28 U.S.C.A. § 2462, the catch-all statute of limitations that governs Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement actions, should be applied to the various remedies typically sought by the government in those actions.
