With 30-plus years of exclusive immigration law experience, Badia-Tavas guides clients through complex employment visas requirements, permanent residency applications processes, and government compliance needs with significant implications for companies and employees.

Montes has three decades of experience helping clients navigate legal, regulatory, economic development and government relations strategies globally. He leads the Chicago office Government Services and Finance team and is a member of the firm’s Federal Relations lobbying practice group.
