Pheiffer, a partner in the firm’s Boston office, works with clients to build strong patent and trademark portfolios that account for the clients’ business goals. He protects inventions across a diverse area of technologies and fields, including 3D printing, aircraft, cleantech, robotics, medical devices, and a variety of other mechanical and electrical-mechanical systems. He also works with clients on opinion, product clearance, and acquisition and investment due diligence matters in conjunction with his patent practice, as well as brand building and enforcement in conjunction with his trademark practice.
