On Nov. 4, Lisa Starks of the Fort Wayne office and member of the Allen County Fort Wayne Capital Improvement Board (CIB), was quoted in a Journal Gazette article, “CIB members give look at thought process,” regarding the CIB’s proposal to fund the issuance of $45 million in bonds to support the Electric Works project, which would transform the abandoned former General Electric campus in Fort Wayne into a vibrant, regional destination.
