FORT WAYNE – Barnes & Thornburg LLP announced today that it has signed a new, 15-year lease for office space located in the Ash Skyline Plaza downtown Fort Wayne, further strengthening its commitment to clients and the community. The firm will move to its new location, 888 Harrison St., Suite 600, when the build-out is complete, scheduled for mid-August.
A centerpiece of Fort Wayne’s downtown redevelopment, the Ash Skyline Plaza is the first major building being constructed downtown in 20 years. With nine floors and approximately 141,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, the building will have an attached parking garage and incorporate outdoor green space. Barnes & Thornburg will occupy about half of the sixth floor, approximately 17,000 square feet, which allows for future expansion and growth of the office.

Barnes & Thornburg joins a group of confirmed tenants in Ash Skyline Plaza, which will also house the headquarters for Ash Brokerage.
