David Frazee of the Indianapolis office was recently appointed by the Indianapolis Bar Association to the board of directors of Indiana Legal Services (ILS). ILS was founded in 1966 during the civil rights struggle and the creation of the federal anti-poverty programs, and it provides free civil legal assistance to eligible low-income people throughout the state of Indiana.
