Olson focuses his practice in patent litigation, advising clients on patentability, infringement, and validity issues, as well as anti-counterfeiting enforcement and industrial design matters. He has a particular emphasis in the biotechnology, biomedical and medical device fields. Olson also has experience in the preparation and negotiation of intellectual property rights transfer agreements, such as patent litigation settlements, patent licenses, and computer software and hardware agreements.

About Bradley J. Olson
Previously, Olson practiced as a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group of Haynes and Boone LLP. Olson has worked on patent litigations in several European countries in conjunction with foreign counsel. He is also the Immediate Past-Chair of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of the USA (2011-2013), and is the current Chair of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of Washington, D.C. Through the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, Olson assists Swedish-based companies in transitioning their businesses into the United States and has been an active member in that national organization for almost 20 years.
In addition to his work outside of the firm, Olson has recently been selected as an "IP Star" in the IP Stars rankings by Managing Intellectual Property Magazine for the second consecutive year. Olson earned his J.D. and M.I.P from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, M.S. from the University of Connecticut and B.A. from Central Connecticut State University.
Olson is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and U.S. District Courts in the District of Columbia, Texas, Wisconsin, and Michigan. He is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
