Clifford G. Maine and Brian Kersey of the Grand Rapids office, Tim Maher of the South Bend office, and Todd Dixon of the Indianapolis office presented at the Annual Aviation Law Seminar. The seminar was held on Oct. 16 in Belterra, Indiana, and presented in conjunction with the Aviation Association of Indiana's Convention.
The seminar provided risk management insight for anyone who owns, operates or charters aircraft.The presenters spoke about:

- Aircraft financing from the lender’s and borrower’s perspectives
- FAA regulations regarding FAA unmanned aerial systems, also known as drones
- Planning issues related to having an appropriate Emergency Response Plan in the event of an aircraft incident
