Attorney Presentation - "Litigation: Tips, Tricks & Substance"

On Oct. 20, David Pruitt, Alice Springer and Tim Abeska of the South Bend office spoke at a litigation seminar entitled "Litigation: Tips, Tricks & Substance," which sponsored by the St. Joseph County Bar Association. David, who is vice president of the bar association, was deeply involved with organizing the seminar. He and Alice presented "Preliminary Injunctions - From A to Z" and Tim presented "What Every Litigator Needs to Know About Arbitration." The seminar was attended by 85 South Bend area attorneys. David, Alice and Tim were among 15 speakers, including judges from St. Joseph and Elkhart counties.
