Panel Discussion on Collegiate Athletics at IU McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis

Chris Bayh participated in a panel discussion on collegiate athletics for students in an amateur sports class at Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. Joining Chris on the panel were Julie Roe Lach, commissioner of the Horizon League, and Chris Strobel, managing director of enforcement at the NCAA. The panel focused on the panelists’ professional path from law school to a career in law and sports, as well as discussions about current legal issues in amateur sports, including Title IX, antitrust lawsuits against the NCAA, unionization, NIL and conference realignment.
