On April 25, Jessica Brennan, co-chair of the firm’s eDiscovery and Knowledge Management practice group, will participate on the panel, Keeping Out Junk Science: The Timing and Standards for the Judge’s Gatekeeping Role, at the Eighteenth Meeting of the American College of Business Court Judges (ACBCJ), presented by the Judicial Education Program of the Law & Economics Center. Her fellow panelists are Deirdre R. Kole of Johnson & Johnson and Gary E. Marchant of Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Judge Nancy L. Allf of the Eight Judicial District Court of Nevada will moderate the panel.
The ACBCJ was founded in 2005 to provide substantive continuing professional education programs to aid judges who navigate increasingly complex business issues.
