SPEAKERS
We will look at what to expect from an immigration and foreign relations perspective to help you prepare for the new Trump administration.
In this webinar, we will discuss the expected changes to legal immigration processes and enforcement along with current regulations surrounding deemed exports and strategies to comply. We will also discuss technologies that are likely to be more stringently controlled under the incoming Trump administration, such as technologies related to artificial intelligence (AI), quantum computing, semiconductors, among others and thus will require deemed export licenses more frequently.
In addition, foreign employees with nationalities of countries such as China, Russia, and others may be subject to additional licensing requirements.
