Georgia Air & Waste Management Association Spring Regulatory Conference

Charlie Denton of the Atlanta office helped plan and moderated at the Georgia Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) Spring Regulatory Conference at the EPA Region 4 office on April 11. Charlie’s programs involved hazardous waste management updates by federal and state officials, as well as PFAS emerging contaminants regulation by U.S. EPA and technical response options. Approximately 60 attendees included environment, health and safety managers (e.g., Georgia-Pacific, Lockheed Martin, MARTA), as well as environmental consultants and regulators. Charlie serves as the secretary of the Georgia Chapter of A&WMA.
