2017 Charter School Conference

Innovation. Leadership. Educational Success. As charter and education innovation leaders, you know the importance of helping every student reach his or her full potential. The 2017 Charter School Conference will include two components – a School Leaders Institute taking place in the morning and a Policy Institute in the afternoon. This format will allow attendees the opportunity to take a deep dive into key issues facing school leaders, faculty and staff. Our speakers, local, state and national policy leaders, will explore important issues affecting charter schools. All attendees are welcome to attend either or both parts of this important day. The 2017 Charter School Conference will include sessions on the following:

Policy Institute
- 2017 Legislative Update and Policy implications for 2017-2018
- Update From the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools – Every Student Succeeds Act and State of Charter Laws Nationally
- An Introduction to Superintendent McCormick’s Administration
- An Introduction to Governor Holcomb’s Administration
- National Policy Update
The conference will provide charter school leaders and advocates with learning and networking opportunities to ensure charter school student success today and in the future.
