Attorney Presentation - "Basics of Privacy, Data Security and Forensic Investigations"

On Nov. 9, Brian McGinnis of the Indianapolis office and JJ Thompson of Rook Security provided an overview of data security and privacy issues to attendees of the 2016 ANA/BAA 38th Marketing Law Conference in the Chicago office. Their presentation, "Basics of Privacy, Data Security and Forensic Investigations," covered how to identify data security and privacy issues, how to prepare a data breach response plan and how to respond to a data breach.
