Legal Bombshells: Tips in Organizing and Exiting

Tommy Haskins of the Dallas office spoke on a workshop panel at V2V, a conference organized and run by South by Southwest (SXSW). The workshop, "Legal Bombshells: Tips in Organizing and Exiting," focused on the various legal issues faced by early stage and startup companies, with an emphasis on highlighting those areas that would most impact a companies' attractiveness to potential investors. V2V was held in Las Vegas on July 19-22.
