The Drive to Site Closure: Critical Sustainability Concerns and Key Technical Issues

David Gillay of the Indianapolis office presented at the Air & Waste Management Association's Specialty Conference on Vapor Intrusion, Remediation, and Site Closure in Philadelphia on Sept. 10. The focus of this conference was "The Drive to Site Closure: Critical Sustainability Concerns and Key Technical Issues." Dave was part of a panel with Henry Schuver, U.S. EPA, and his presentation was entitled "The Vapor Intrusion Game Plan: Insights and Recent Updates on Key Technical, Legal, and Regulatory Aspects to Successfully Manage this Evolving Pathway." There were more than 125 consultants, regulators, developers and clients in attendance. This was also a successful cross-selling event, as Dave was able to connect with Cummins and Merck representatives thanks to the efforts of Jimmie McMillian, Curt Hidde, Andy Detherage and Tony Sullivan of the Indianapolis office.
