Antitrust and Labor Law Compliance and Legal Update Workshops

In September 2015, Pete Morse, Kendall Millard and Hide Niiyama of the Indianapolis office and Kiyo Kojima of the Atlanta office met with more than 30 Japanese clients and prospective client, and conducted multiple workshops in Tokyo and Osaka on antitrust and labor law compliance and legal updates. They partnered with Nobuaki Mukai and Masao Torikai from the Momo-o Matsuo Namba law firm and Lexus-Nexus, drawing nearly 100 attendees for the Toyko seminar, and about 50 for Osaka. The event will be featured on the front page in the Business Law Journal by Lexis-Nexis Japan in December 2015.
