Jeffrey C. Morgan

Jeff has resolved complex claims involving a broad array of technologies. His experience ranges from mobile telephones, wireless networks, Voice over IP (VoIP), smartphone apps and image signal processing to race car technology, wide bandgap semiconductors, computer software and fiber optics to 3-D emulation video gaming, financial business methods and medical devices. He also has experience with nonwoven fiber materials, lasers used for cosmetic purposes, vinyl flooring, manufacturing equipment, and design patents, among others.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was a partner at Troutman Sanders LLP and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP; a special assistant attorney general for the State of Georgia; and a special assistant district attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. While in public service, Jeff developed a deep bench of trial experience in a very short period of time, cultivating the ability to quickly discern what is important and what is not when it comes to developing a winning strategy.

In addition to practicing law, Jeff is a professional actor. His extensive background in theater, film and television and his experience in improvisational theater aid him in the courtroom. He offers not only skill in the law and the ability to think on his feet, but also a dedication to delivering persuasive arguments.
