David Hill represents local, national and international real estate owners and developers in acquisition, leasing, sale, financing, development and construction matters, as well as private investors and lending institutions in structuring loans for projects, including construction, bridge and participating loans and loans secured by leases. He also acts as outside general counsel to a wide variety of clients, including corporations, family offices, health care professionals, and real estate companies.

David has served as counsel in hundreds of real estate, lending and workout transactions and matters, and is particularly experienced in the negotiation and closing of sale and lease transactions for office, retail, multifamily and health care clients.
