We also handled the merger of Indiana Energy, Inc. and SIGCORP, Inc. into Vectren Corporation; and the mergers of Northwest Indiana Water Company, United Water Indiana, Inc. and United Water West Lafayette, Inc. into Indiana-American Water Company, Inc.
