Will focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters with an emphasis on product liability and mass torts. Clients rely on him to formulate effective and creative defenses, as well as to provide sound legal advice throughout the various stages of litigation.
Will has successfully defended several Fortune 500 companies in complex and high-exposure matters. He has handled his own cases from beginning to end, and is well-versed in virtually all aspects of pretrial case management, including engaging in motion practice, presenting oral arguments, conducting discovery, and taking and defending depositions. He has also resolved numerous cases favorably via negotiations.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Will spent several years as an associate with a Los Angeles litigation boutique and then with a national law firm. During law school, he gained invaluable experience with the U.S. Department of Justice Narcotic and Dangerous Drug Section, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and as an extern for the Honorable Teresa P. Magno of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
